Usage Tips

  • 80% compression quality is the optimal choice for most scenarios, which can reduce the image size by 50%-90% with almost no loss of visual quality.
  • PNG format is lossless compression, adjusting the compression quality has no effect on its size. If you need to reduce PNG size, it is recommended to convert to WEBP format.
  • WEBP format has both high quality and high compression ratio. Under the same quality, the file size is about 50% of JPG, it is recommended to use it first.
  • Compressed images will retain the original image name with the suffix "_compressed" to distinguish the original file from the compressed file.
